NEW CAP 1 CLI METHOD

I applied and got my card in January with a $300CL, followed their credit steps program and in april it went up to $500, where its been since. And NO i havent missed a payment, always pay at least $100 on it and a few times i PIF. I called the backdoor number and they guy said the only thing they can do is wave the $19 AF.

I just asked for increase on my business card... DENIED AGAIN.

I am told by representative that they ONLY thing they can do is hit the button on there computer to see if your account is eligable, NO MANUAL REVIEWS...

anyone know if there is a way to get manual review?

I just got mine a couple of weeks ago...$300 limit.  That's insulting.... I guess I'd better wait a few months before I even bother giving them a call.
