Navy Federal 2.99% promo purchase offer for 6 months from Nov 1 to Dec. 31 on new purchases.

Not the best offer I have ever had, thought I'd pass it along.

It will come either mail or email if you are targeted.

Lets see what I could buy for $80K ..lol

Interesting. I got a mailer from Navy today too, but not that one. Mine contains the same offer I posted about a few weeks back: 10k points for $2k spend. Same dates as yours and similar photography and holiday theme. I wonder what makes them target some people with points and others with promotional APRs?

And I just checked my Flagship Rewards and have the 2,000 points for $200 spend of gas purchases during 12/1-12/31
