If you don't charge anything why do you care about the interest rate? If you have good credit and carry a balance you can get a Barclay Ring credit card. 0 percent for 15 months and 0 transfer fees.

What was your score and stats when you requested?
Navy Federal Response 07/05/2017 : Thank you for using Navy Federal's eMessaging Service, Mr. XXXX. We received your request to reduce the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) on your existing Platinum Visa account. Please note that your APR may be considered for reduction only once every twelve months from the date your account was opened, or from the date that your rate was last reduced. A review of your APR will be available on or after 01/XX/18. If you have further questions, please let us know.
Well, that sucks. I just got it and they lowered the rate a few weeks later, now I have to wait a year.
I'll get over it, I wasn't planning on carrying a balance anyway.
I am not required to share my credit stats. I share what goes on in my credit that's it. I may be young but my family taught me not to rely on credit for every little thing. Its why I have a savings account I don't mean to come off as rude I just don't want all my business out there
