NFCU AR date?

Well my acct is rather new, Jan 2016 so maybe no CLI's just yet. I've tried twice already (from seeing other postings on here LOL) and the first time I got the 2-3 days message (which means a HP) so I called them right away and took it back. The last time no message just a flat out HELL NO lol

Mines is a week old 😂 I'll try for it when they do the AR, Utl was at 28% or so when I was approved, I'll leave it at 3% at the end of the month for that AR.

Can anyone help me out..for some reason my credit files must have some sort of "lock" on them bcuz each time any creditor wants to do a SP or AC they're not able to..they have to do a Hard Inquiry. I keep calling the CB's and they say my account is not locked or has any reason for it to not be available but I'm missing out on these auto CLI due to this matter..does anyone have this problem or have an idea how to resolve it? I've already mailed ltrs to all CB's asking them to remove any kind of lock or freeze or anything that could be avoiding my creditors from accessing my reports/info..thanks for the help.

@ SylviaGarcia don't know the answer, but you need to start a separate thread for this question so those who may have some kinda insight can see it and assist.
