How to you go about redeeming the rewards? When I click on redeem rewards it takes me the screen to send message,can you not just redeem them?

I've had trouble with that same card..

I believe it has to be $50 increments IIRC..

Do you have $50 to redeem? I'll log in and check mine again.

If you are trying to redeem from your app you can't, you have to do it from the website.  And you can redeem in $25 increments for gift cards but cash starts at $50.  Hope this helps

I think that would be $41. right? That's probably causing an issue or the APP.

Good info on the gift cards  crys12065 .. I just always do statement credits so I wasn't aware of that.

Yup, it would be ~$41.  So, almost there to be able to redeem (min $50)
