I was just wondering if anyone here is experiencing issues with the online balance transfer link? I recently was approved for a cashRewards Visa and have been using it, and wanted to do a BT, but when I clicked the link, it said, "We're sorry! Our records indicate you do not have a Navy Federal Credit Card. If you would like a Navy Federal Credit Card - Apply Now!"
I've messaged CS, and they are aware of the issue. I'm just curious if I'm the only one.

Me too. I spoke with rep (online and phone)- they are having issues.
Just call in your transfer. New accounts have a 10 day waiting period before they mail the checks, just FYI. (You can do tranfer on phone- but they won't mail checks out until 10 days)
