Has anyone ever recieved a CLI before the 91 days-3 statements deal--or befor 6mos after 1ST CLI?

I have not.  Right after the mentioned dates..yes

I did a quick google search. There has been no record of that at all. 91 day initial cli and 6 month thereof after is the time everyone mentions.

Howdy @Anonymous  I don't know if you've had the opportunity review the Navy Thread in the Applications subforum but it's a wealth of info.  Check it out if haven't already...lots of good info.  Navy Thread.
