I just recieved my CashRewards card from NFCU today and it doesnt have the visa signature logo, not does it mention anything about it in any of the paper work. But when I applied and even going to their website just now they advertise it as a signature visa. What gives?
*By clicking "Apply now," you are applying for a cashRewards credit card account. If your application is approved for an account with a credit line of less than $5,000, you will receive a cashRewards Visa Card. If your credit line is $5,000 or greater, you will receive a Visa Signature cashRewards card. cashRewards benefits differ from Visa Signature cashRewards benefits; however, both cards receive rewards of 1.5% cash back on purchases.
unfortunately with a 1k approval, its just platinum. but like the other poster said, signature benefits are really nothing to get worked up about. yes, there are good benefits but it also looks nicers as signature visa lol.
congrats on your approval. u will get a signature visa eventually.
ahhhh ok that makes perfect sense.Thank you! It's weird because I applied like 3 days after my girlfriend and mine just came today but she still hasn't gotten her yet.
yea honestly that was the main reason I wanted the signature visa was just because it looks nicer lol

i get it
Out of curiosity-
I have a Visa Signature cashRewards, and when I got it, I was taken by how attractive it was. Especially with the thick stock and the matte finish.
Is the regular (non-Signature) Visa all plastic and not as good looking? I had no idea they would be different.
