NFCU Charge not appearing?

Over a week ago I used the NFCU cash back credit card to fund their Go Prepaid debit card product. Normally, charges starting pending immediately with this credit card. But there are none now. This deviates from past behavior with this credit card. I already scheduled a pull to pay off this credit card later this month.

What should I do?

UPDATE 02/02/2021:

I just got off the phone with a NFCU  CSR. They said they do see the charges on their end. They just have not posted yet. They were just as dumbfounded as I was as to why those charges have not posted yet. Anyways, I am going to go ahead and pull funds to repay the card the day before the statement closes. Thanks for everyone's advice and help in this situation.

UPDATE 02/13/2021

The charges still have not posted yet. I have already repaid the the credit card. But now instead of a zero balnace, like it should be, I now have a pretty big positive credit. It has almost been a month since the disappearing charges were made.

Re: NFCU Charge not appearing?

Does the prepaid card reflect the funds added?  Does the amount of available credit on your cash rewards credit card reflect the deduction?

I would just call them and confirm the charge appears on their end and find out why it's not appearing as a pending or processed charge.

@thornback

The prepaid does reflect the funds added. It has already been withdrawn, as cash, off the prepaid card and ACHed to an high interest checking account.

Re: NFCU Charge not appearing?

Call them and work through this.

I (felt like I) just had  to do this for 2 of my accounts before the statement closing date in order to protect my AZEO.

It all worked out fine.   Just call them and follow through on the transactions.  They will be able to see/find them and walk you through when anything that has not post... when it will post.   thumbs up!

It is a thing with timing as far as when they are allowed to post (not necessarily clear) a transaction.  call them for your own reassurance.

This will work itself out by end of tomorrow but  you can have satifaction within 20 minutes of speaking with a CSR.
