So is it best to ask for a CLI before or after AR?

After makes it a SP. If you get the review message call in to cancel increase 50/50 shot to avoid HP.

Definitely after or they'll just use the one from January. With the review message call immediately because sending a message doesn't seem to be quick enough anymore.

Is anyone actually checking if the AR has hit today or not? If I get message when I Req CLI what is best number to call? Thanks for any updates and info
