I hung on to my old GoRewards because Navy was nice enough to throw a spend offer my way every six to nine months or so - that's literally the only time I used the card. When I did a PC to a Flagship for the Amazon benefit I figured those days were over.
Well, I was wrong...
The card makes my Amazon Prime membership effectively free, and this promo effectively makes the card have $0 AF so it's a win all the way around.
If only the rewards redemption on this card was a bit better it would be my go-to card for when a mobile wallet isn't accepted. I can begrudgingly accept a $50 minimum redemption, but having to cash-out in $50 increments as well is a (near) show-stopper for me, at least when it comes to using the card on a regular basis. I'll happily redeem the offers, though!
Side note: For anybody else who gets targeted for this offer be mindful of the start date... that's nearly hosed me up on previous offers.
Free is free. Yes Flagship is my amazon prime card which essentially makes it basically free few dollars i think but well worth it use a few times here and there but sitting on about 42$ in rewards now that can't cash out till $50. That come through email? Well forgot about AF so 51 or 52 dollar amazon prime membership so not bad. Hopefully card still gets some sort of buff soon.

Yep, got it on Friday with the subject, "Your Credit Card Is Eligible for a New Offer!"
I was sure to note that the email mentioned my card as a Flagship (along with the last four digits of the #) since my PC was relatively recent. This will cover the Flagship $49 AF, and the leftover dollars will just about exactly cover the sales tax on Prime (which is not covered by the benefit).
I feel ya on the $42 you have hanging out... that's what will happen to me once I redeem the $60 (edit: or rather, $50 of the $60). I'll have approx. $14 "stuck" until the next spend offer rolls around. To be fair it was the same with the GoRewards so I can't complain too much (I made that work, I'll make this work as well). If it wasn't for that restriction, though, they'd actually get some regular spend from me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Good stuff!!!!

Can confirm that the card still covers the cost for the yearly Prime subscription (took them 5 calendar days for the offsetting Rewards from NFCU transaction to post after the Amazon charge), but I wasn't charged any MA sales tax.

Is this 1 cpp?
My targeted offer on my Flagship was different. It was 5x points on travel for up to max 15k points. I don't have any summer travel plans yet; wish I would have gotten your targeted offer instead!

Yes if redeeming for cashback, gift cards, or travel through their travel portal, not sure for event tickets ,if directly for merchandise from what little I've seen expect < 1 cpp.

I received this same offer but on my More Rewards card
Was there a spend amount somewhere in the email/offer page?
My offer page was down yesterday, just came back up revised. Hope I get the offer as well.
I used to receive promos on cashrewards regularly then they came to a grinding halt, last one was June 2024.
