Submitted an app for $7,000.00 (didn't know what to submit for) rejected; resubmitted, as NFCU suggested, upon requesting counter-offer, got $1,500.00. Honestly... why not just counter-offer to begin with -- but... I'll take it.

They told you to resubmit so they could counteroffer? That's senseless, why wouldn't they counter on the first one?

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
