I found in my upcoming offers section that Navy is offering 6 points per dollar on transit and 5 points per dollar on gas up to a max of 25k points. This promo will run from 8/1-10/31. You have to opt in to receive it. Not sure if it is card specific; I have a Flagship and MoreRewards.
