NFCU PC question

I was approved for my NFCU cashRewards card in Nov 2020 and my last CLI was in June 2021. I was approved for the Flagship card in Oct 2021. A few day ago I tried to PC the full CL from my CR to FS and was going to cancel the CR. I contacted Navy and they said they couldn't consolidate cards at this time with no further explanation. Looking for any thoughts.

Thanks in advance.

BK7 filed 5/19/19, discharged 9/20/19 (lesson learned, some people aren't meant to be business owners and should stick to their day job, some people is me)

Yeah ,  transferring limits is not a PC. two completely different things . Navy has not allowed this in quite awhile though maybe they do it again in the future. Can only keep trying until one hears yesSmiley Wink

+1

PC /= limit reallocation (what you're trying to do). Limit reallocation hasn't been available in at least a year or two. Who knows if/when they'll bring it back.

To add just in case, to the best of knowledge,  PC is possible with Navy though again, for OP, that wasnt the qurstion. Just in case others are interested in that option.

Thank you everyone for the replies, especially @ocheosa. That was a most helpful thread but didn't turn up when I did my search.

My pleasure. Over the years what I've admired most about this forum is - while most come to learn, they quickly develop the forums give back philosophy.

I find using google to search the forum is more productive

Even when they were transferring limits between cards it was never officially supported.  All they did was to start enforcing their policy.
