Seems like it would be decent for people who subscribe to prime. Otherwise the same rewards could be had for free with something like a savor one card plus any 2% cash back card.

I do not personally see this potential upgrade as much better (maybe even worse), with the $101 increase in annual fee from the current $49 annual fee. There are several cards with no annual fee where you can get 3x back on dining (SavorOne for example). Perhaps the 4x on travel is better than you can get on a no annual fee card but I don't travel enough for it to matter. I already get 3x travel (slightly worse return than the 4x) on the annual fee free Wells Fargo Autograph. The only reason I keep the card as it is, is for the Amazon Prime credit that offsets the annual fee and then some. Although I am currently having a hard time getting access to that credit since I already have Prime and Amazon no longer allows the ability to gift yourself a membership to use later.
I agree with you 100%. If they move to $150 annual fee, I'll probably be dropping this card. Too bad too, its one of my highest SLs.
If I were you, I'd just product change it to another NFCU no annual fee card so you can keep the hefty limit.
Just remember, all of their other cards will not exceed 50k credit line, so if you are above that number or wish to go above 50k you will be stuck with the Flagship.

Sort of. If you have a Flagship with a CL above $50k, you can PC to something else, but they will reduce your CL to $50k. You're only "stuck" to the extent you are unwilling to have your CL reduced to $50k.
(Edit: Fixed buy/but typo.)
I screen grabbed this survey sent to an existing Flagship card owner. (Reddit post.)
NFCU was asking owner's thoughts on the new FS.
The language to me seems to indicate that the Prime credit is yearly...
I saw this on Reddit, and I'm intrigued by it. If I was going to get another revolver, this will probably be it.

If the Prime reimbursement will definately be an on going benefit, this will be my next app.
