NFCU Upgrading Go Rewards MasterCards to World MC

I know that NFCU usually issues these as a Visa, but I requested they issue it as a World MasterCard 3-4 months ago. They only offered straight MasterCard at the time. I check the mail today and they said they're automatically upgrading it to the World MasterCard. Current CL is $6,300.

I believe NavyFed is overhauling some of their operations for the better. For example, their website is getting a cosmetic (and probably operational) overhaul. They also added a new card this fall (as everyone here knows), they're now apparently issuing World MasterCards (I'm surprised they're not issuing WE because they're such a large institution), and I wouldn't be surprised to see if the Cash Rewards gets upgraded to a 2% back card in the future.
