I'm a Navy vet from many years back, but I closed my Credit Union account back around 2000 or so, not realizing what a dumb move that was. No longer eligible on my own as I'm not retired. Soooo..... I just found out my wife's sister's hubby (also ex-navy) has an account with NFCU! I have an *IN*!! I just have to get my sis-in-law to open an account so she can sponsor my wife as a sibling. NFCU here I come! Looking for one of those "GoRewards" cards....
Congrats, NFCU has treated me VERY well over the last couple of years. I use them for checking, savings, those 3% and 5% CD's and CC and LOC's.
You should never burn them though, from what I hear its a lifetime situation.
Welcome to the NFCU Family! ![]()
More importantly, THANK YOU, for your service to our country!!!
I *HEART* my cashRewards & nRewards with all my wallet! As goRewards is their cousin, I'm sure you'll be happy!

Oh, I plan on keeping them for life.
Ha! Just heard from my niece, she has an NFCU savings account and can sponsor my brother, who is her father! One less step!
