NFCU limit increase-how soon is too soon to ask for another?

Long story short, i'm going to be doing a BT to my card in the coming months that will exceed my limit. I got an increase about 6 months ago with ease for the exact amount I asked for. I did that request online. Should I wait until the time of the BT (probably the next few months) or should I just do it now so I can make other plans if it falls through?

I can't imagine that a few months would make a huge difference. I don't plan on taking on any new debts or anything.

I have two cards with NFCU and got a cli on both right at the time of my third statement on one card and right after my second statement on the other.  Go for it.

I tried like crazy to serve my country lol. I spent 6 months battling the army's recruiting command to join complete with multiple doctor's opinions, and a congressman lol. 

I had a congenital birth defect where I was born without two fingers on my right hand. MEPS said I was fine and cleared me to joing but USAREC gave me the finger three weeks later....

On another note I was lucky enough to have a grandfather who retired from the Navy and is a member for 30+ years..... that got me in last week
