I would call in and just talk to a rep and see where the process is at.
Getting AA from NFCU means you really had to do some really dumb stuff it's almost impossible with them to get AA'ed. Been a member since 1999, I left the miltary and left my account in a negative for over 10+ years inactive. Wasnt until I found MyFico that I remembered I had a NFCU account and checked to see if they finally went online with there site. I paid and restarted my account and opened up new CC's and a LOC with them.
What your seeing is there server maintance, they dont fully shut down there servers they do maintaince while the server is partially operational for certain things.
The same thing happened to me last month and I had a little freak out moment. I decided to try and put a $1.00 amazon gc reload on one my navy cards and it went through so I knew the cards were actually still active. They showed normally online the next day. They really should warn people somehow that maintenance is happening so things might show strangely.
