NavFed not reporting

Got approved for a cash rewards card on 04/31. I only see it reporting to TU. This is according to USAA's Experian Premimum Credit Monitoring Service and MyFico's free trial of Equifax score watch. Neither of these two services are reporting a LOC from NavFed.

I've called NavFed and they adamantly say they report every month to all 3 CRA's. 

I'm at a loss of what to do next. Any advice? Thanks.

check your Annualcreditreport.com reports? Did you sign the documents and send them back, I know my LOC didn't show up until after I signed the loan documents and sent them back.

Not sure what else could be the problem.

I'm not elibigle for another free CR from them for another several months. I've signed the docs and used the card multiple times already. TU is accurately reporting my current balance (according to my USAA's credit monitoring service).
