Navcheck APR?

I just got approved for $10k but with a 17%. I know I won't be using it but that's very high! What is the norm?

Just off the top of my head I think the best is above 13%... it's an overdraft option, so APR is not meant to be that good! I still want one though!

the best you can get is 13.9 which i got on 15k
