I assume that a CLI on the Navcheck is a HP?

What was I thinking of course its a HP from Navy.

Instant approved or counter CLI with Navy are SP from what I have been reading these days.

Yep its either or. If you get an instant approval then its a sp, 3-5 day message hp.

I was thinking it would be a SP to, but did it 2x and suffered 2 HP's from it. Be careful.
