Is actually re-allocation (moving CL from one CC account to another CC account at the same issuer)

I have a quick question I have been trying to get my 3rd card reallocation to my older cards I have 1 go rewards for 34k and flagship for 19.2k and the 3rd card with 3300 on it but I don't want the card I want to reallocation it to move it to another card and apply for a new one with more income which would include 100k extra income? Need help
I tried and was denied because they're no longer offering it.

@Quame15 - please reference the discussion/posts upthread.
Can confirm. Was just told by CS today, after submitting a request, that they're only moving limits to accommodate balance transfers now. Both cards were multiple years old.

Thanks for sharing the latest DPs. Some folks had asked in the NFCU mega thread so it sounds like it's still the current policy.
I asked Navy to move 11k from one of my cards to another card and this was their reply via secure message
Thank you for your message, Mr._______. We currently do not have the option to consolidate or move available credit lines. We can close a card at your request with a zero balance but are unable to move that available credit line to any other card due to it not being a balance transfer request or offer. If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.
What should I do now or rather is there anything I can do ? I thought they did combine limits.
@Andy77 - please reference the discussion upthread.
Their policy changed since last year. Recently documented DPs in the NFCU mega thread appear to indicate the same theme. With very few exceptions, and only if a BT is involved, they may do so, but there are no guarantees that they will.
Any idea of the rationale for issuers who don't do this? I wonder if experience/guessing leads them to think that say someone with 2 $20K limit cards is more likely to default/slow pay/run up balances if converted to one $40K card? Obviously exposure is the same
