I was too early getting the Flagship a couple months ago, but was able to cancel my Amazon Prime membership and immediately rejoin using the Flagship card. My $130 Navy account credit was just issued, along with a nice note from them.

I'm guessing the Amzon Prime "gift" is a one time thing?  I don't use GE or Pre-check so the $49 AF would be out of pocket.
