@Jnbmom

I use a couple different web browsers.

I use an ad blocker for the web browser that I like the most, and that ad blocker apparently blocks some javascript. No big deal, because I mostly use that web browser just to read. For "more serious" web useage, I use a different (more widely-used) web browser with an extension that blocks all javascript (I then pick and choose until the function that I want appears/works).

Just in case this is useful in the future: maybe an ad blocker was interfering with javascript such that you didn't see what you were expecting on the webpage.

Re: Navy offer

Yep you found it.  Nowadays in the mobile app (at least for iOS) when you select Rewards the correct button is the orange "View Offers" button on the right side of the Just For You frame, in some cases you get to that particlar page, in some cases you might see a "View Rewards History and offers" link under a Redeem Awards button that you'd select.  Either way you end up at a  "Rewards Just For You" page to show your current offer if you have one for that particular card - if not you'll get a No Offers currently available message -  and the option to see the expired ones.
