So as a routine, I periodically look for SP credit line increases and on both my Victoria's Secret and Express I got this message:
Thank you for your interest in a credit limit increase. To complete your request, we need more information. Please call the Customer Care team at 1-800-201-4955 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) at your earliest convenience.
Recent address change? I got this message for a month after moving.

I just got the same message on my account. If you have a fraud alert or comenity *THINKS* you have a fraud alert, that could be one reason. I've been fighting them for a month just to get a replacement card, they are using a stale report for me as I formerly had an alert on my CRs, but it's been removed since late spring.
