I have a score of 700 avg between all 3(Fico). I opened up a journey card in august with an initial limit of 500. After 5 months, the limit was increased to 2500. I also have small limts with chase freedom and a secured card from Capital one for 500. My current utilization is around 10% and have never missed a payment. Also have a car loan that is in perfect standing. I need another card with a limit near or even higher than the journey. What do you guys recommend? Should i go with another capital one since they gave me that increase and have a history with them?
Don't overlook the Credit Cards subforum.
We really can't use credit limit as a selection criterion. We have no idea what limit your credit and income will qualify for with any creditor. Though if you have small limits then there are probably concerns with your credit profile and you will likely qualify for small limits.
You'd need to provide other citeria to narrow down the options. Sort out your needs/wants and give us that info for recommendations. What are you specifically looking for from a new card? What are your current cards not providing that you need/want?

No. You should sort out your needs/wants and use that to select a card that suits you. Don't select a creditor first and then try to justify a card.

It's never just about score but you can reference the Credit Pulls Database (Google to find) if desired. The average doesn't really matter. A creditor/product will only consider a specific model and CRA. If, for example, a creditor/product uses a TU FICO 8 then that is what will be used for the decision. Scores based on other models and other CRA data will not be considered. Always consider the specific scoring model when referencing scores and consider the relevance of a given model/CRA combo to a given creditor/product. FICO does not have just one scoring model. I only give my avg because my scores are 691-708. Its not like their were huge discrepancies between all 3. I am interested in a higher limit. As of right now, the other bonuses of all the cc's dont really matter to my current problem. am def not interested in airline miles. I usually just go with the cash back perk.
