I have a Chase Freedom account. I have had the new layout for a month or so now. I use win 10 and Chrome browser.

Mine is old but now I see a banner Coming Soon to Chase.com

So from comments here, reaction to the new is mixed, sort of like Amex's makeover (with the wonderful horizontal scroll for Amex offers)
