LMAO.. illegal alien!  You can say that again.  hard working folks can't get a credit card but BOA will give one to a illegal.

the worst part is they only pay $99 bucks for a $500 limit.  if you do this for one group you should do it for everyone! 

I think his wife is legal.

His wife is definitly legal. He said it earlier. That being said- I would go w/ a  joint user on one of your cards or take out  small sig loan at your local CU. Try becomming a member of the credit union. They look out for their people more.
