Usually 1% BT fee and 0% rate , I get it all the time.

no for FNBO in general... I know sometimes they allow more INQ but they seem to be OVERLY sensitive on INQ... I was declined the secured card last year for overstock.

I think the magic number is somewhere between 4-8

Interesting. I know people get 1.99% for life with no BT fee. I've never gotten that offer since my scores are borderline, but I regularly receive 7.99% for life with no BT fee. They probably have a hierarchy of offers, and looks like your offer and the 1.99% with no BT are probably the best.

 

As a side note, FNBO is definitely extremely conservative and seems to manually review every app/cli. I've seen them compared to US Bank and Penfed, but I don't have experience with either so I don't have any personal reference on that. I think FNBO also checks IDA/ARS, so good luck if you apply.
