Is anyone else having issues with the new Penfed PCR credit card menus? I try and balance my purchases and it put wrong purchase amounts on repeating purchases. It lists some purchases in card on file, but doesn't list in purchases list. I find it to be a mess and a pain in the .... trying to reconcile my purchases. Some purchases don't even show up... It's really turning me off to my PCR card.
So much so I'm about to put my daily driver (PCR) away until they get this sorted out. Is anyone else having issues with this "new" menu system that is terrible?
Yes, I'm having similar problems. Secure messages won't open on mobile devices (in the PenFed app or the mobile website), recurring automatic credit card payments list a date that's 3 days after the due date, and my minimum payment is higher than my total balance. It's a mess.
Hopefully they resolve these issues fast.

Yes, their redesign is a joke. One of the things I liked about PenFed was its strong, quick, no-nonsense website. Now, for the credit cards it's weak, slow, and all nonsense.
Can't say I'm glad I'm not the only one. But at least I know I'm not an isolated incident. Is there any word if this has been identified by PenFed? Any chance they are working on it?
im pretty annoyed as I like to reconcile/balance my bills and it never balances. Messes with my OCD.
I sent a message to them discussing how terrible everything about the new design is and the response was basically everyone hates it but they are working on bringing transaction exports back and didn't really offer any other comments so I wouldn't expect much.
The new deisgn might be a work of an intern
I haven't seen any issues yet? Online site and app both seem fine to me? My card is new though so I don't know what I'm supposed to look for but I didn't have any complaints yet.
PenFed website to see credit card info was basic but worked and was not hard to see basic stuff on your transactions, now they did this new thing and it's a pain to see what paid and what pending. Even making a payment is a different screen and it for me does not load right half of the time and I have to reload. Uggh. DCU is not much better. LOL. The site was so bad that when my statement printed it said I owned $10 but my balance was $9.99 (Netflix I think) so I paid the statement three days later I looked at my account seeing that I still had a min payment due I was like my account is zero so I called and the rep told me that I did not pay everything I said I did he said you a a penny short and if I don't pay it I will be marked late. I'm like how can you be late with a zero balance? He told me I need to make sure that I spend more then the min each statement to avoid this and to fix my issue now I need to spend on it more then $10 and make a new payment on the account. I told him I will not be using this account if this is the way it going to work.
I tried the phone app, and it appears to be just like the old system. EVERYTHING is listed properly. It is a pain to reconcile off the phone IMO. I will be slowing down use of this card until they get this sorted. It is unfortunate as this is my favorite card to use. I have been a big fan of Penfed until this point. Hope they figure it out.
