I got the same survey. I was just going to post pretty much what you wrote, and then add "You're welcome" 
And the only time I use my WM store card is when I can use their deferred interest, or at Sams (until I got my Sams MC last month). The closest Sams is 100 miles away, but the closest anything-but-Walmart is 100 miles away, so it's worth the trip.
I'll stick to using my savingstar.com credit card for 1% + 5% cash back at walmart.com
This is very underwhelming. Those of us with Discover IT cards have had 5% available for a while now on online purchases from Walmart via the Discover Deals portal. That, of course, is doubled for those with double cash back promotions. It's a very obvious (weak) attempt at competing with Amazon and their Visa since Walmart decided to place a greater emphasis on their online business. That is evidenced by their decision to not extend the 3% rewards to in-store purchases as well.
