Apparently they're the only bank that will actually let you use their cards in Cuba too, which might be useful for those who travel there. World/World Elite have annual spending requirements (not sure what happens if you don't meet those requirements) but also earn 1.25-1.5x every purchase vs. 1x for Platnium.
Anyway, how are they as a bank? This is the first I've ever heard of them.

I guarantee your not the only one. This Bank seemed fake at first but after a little googling, it appears to be an actual bank, I guess when you have one of the most generic looking websites out there it kinda raises red flags. Anyhow aside from the Cuba thing which isn't going to appeal to a whole lot of people, their cards are rather boring and don't offer anything you can't find elsewhere, in fact you can find a whole lot better options depending on your needs Besides the novelty of the cuba card, pass on this bank.

Eh, it might be useful if you really need the PIN. There aren't really any options for "true" chip and PIN that don't involve joining some credit union, plus the cards with PIN from e.g. Barclays are still chip and signature most/nearly all the time.
Though depending on where you shop, chip and signature might actually be the better choice right now. Too bad Visa/MC didn't take a definitive stand either way and either mandate PIN on all cards or require American merchants/issuers to only support signature.

A co-wroker showed me this link today . He usually go to Cuba every year two times a week and he was so excited. I am not sure if he applied for this card or not. I will ask him tomorrow and let see how much he got.
Wow their website looks like those dead end pages you see on the web, this domain is for sale!
