New credit card not in history

The third week of December I applied for an amex through citibank.  I was instantly approved and about two weeks later activated the card.  I never recieved a notice of any type of inquiry into my credit from myfico when I applied like I expected.  With my new amex comes a free annual subscription to identitymonitor.com.  All three of the reports that come with that service also show no indication of the inquiry for my new credit card. I just got a new report from myfico and STILL no indication of the new credit card.  Any ideas what the problem might be?  Is this something I should start looking into having fixed?

Congrats on the new CC!

Give Citi a little bit of time to report. I've had some CCs report before I received the card in the mail and had some CCs report a couple months after receiving the CC.

Per the inquiry, did you look through all three CRAs? Was this a preapproval offer?

Yes, I checked all three reports and none of them have the new credit card on file.  It was about 1 month ago this week that I applied, and you say it could take several months for it to get reported?

Not several months, but up to a couple of months. And it will likely report when you receive your CC statement.
