New credit cards

I just received 2 new cards (Hooters & Cap 1) - approximately how long will it take these accounts to hit my credit report?

They usually report once a month and usually at the end of the month so they probably will show up sometime during the 1st week of August but it all really depends on the card (company). My Chase card shows up on my credit report a few days after the 1st of the month while my Target Visa shows up a few weeks after the 1st of the month.

If you use them to get them reporting, usually less than 60 days.

We've had Hooters for 5 weeks now, and still not reporting...

Some have posted at this forum CRA's reporting their new cards before they even received them in the mail, just ask Noah. Others have reported their cards taking up to six months to report. My guess is the average time to report is 30-60 days.

True... BofA reported before I even had the card... Orchard, AMEX, Hooters, Juniper been a while, still no appearance.

Can you define "Just received" ??? We've been waiting and waiting and waiting...

It took them about 7 days to mail it to me. They mailed it on the 13th of July, I applied I think on the 11th. Have you called the 800#?
