Hi all!
Have been reading the forums for a while, and am considering going for an amex card.
What is your favorite part about their CS? I have heard great things, hoping it will be a nice change from my Cap1 Venture card.
Thx!!

US based CS
Any time I have called to speak with a CS, she has always been patient and helpful. I have never had to repeat myself or explain what I want in four different ways. My calls have always been satisfactorily answered on one try. The CS has never tried to sell me any add-on products that I don't want (e.g., account protection). In my experience, AMEXs CSs are professional and knowledgable. It is nice to call and get an immediate answer to a problem without waiting on hold or having to ask to speak to a supervisor.

That's not entirely true any more.
When I activated my card, I didn't get US based CS.
But he tried his damndest to enunciate. He got an A for effort.
Thank you all!
