Is a NewEgg Preferred Account a hidden trade line? I am thinking about building a new computer, but don't want anything to show on my credit report and pay it overtime... Info pease. Also they pull equifax or TU sometimes as well?
It's hidden! Can't remember what bureau they pull.

It is hidden and if I rememeber correctly they are run by the bill-me-later folks.

BML pulled EQ for me, so I'd assume Newegg would do the same.
(Note: I haven't included my Paypal Credit/BML in my siggy because it's a hidden TL)
I think that account is a Bill Me Later (now called PayPal Credit) account. In CA, I believe they pull EQ. Not sure about elsewhere. And if it's Bill Me Later, it is "hidden", from what I've heard.
Appears to be able to pay by Paypal Preferred or Paypal Credit.. I believe they are both by commedity bank.. Just seeing which is hidden or if they both are..

PayPal Preferred is not a payment method . It just means that the seller prefers that you use PayPal for payment. PayPal credit is definitely hidden.
Thanks irish and others

Yes it is!
EQ pull. I got approved back in October for $2k and used it to finance a new drawing tablet. If you have pretty good scores and not too many inquiries, you'll be in good shape for it.

You release you are talking about me... Shaky credit, just good income
.. TU is solid, others well 670's... Ya might just pay cash for it or charge it on a card and pay cash and avoid the HP... Might get approved, might not.. Have two other Commedity cards, don't know if that factors in.. Also I meant Newegg Preferred account, not Paypal Preffered btw.. Choices.. Do I really need a new gaming computer when work supplies me with laptops...hmm
