Nice feature from BofA

Last year, I did a large BT to my new BankAmericard.  The 0% Interest promo  expires  this December.    Nothing would suck more than not paying the entire transfer amount before or by the promo ending date.

Surprisingly, I got this email from BofA giving me a heads up indicating that said promo was ending soon.  I think this is a very consumer friendly and handy feature.

Wondering if any other large issuers do the same?

Re: Nice feature from BofA

I will look forward to receiveing that message next year!  Although it appears on statements, it is good to see an additional form of communication.

Balance isn't "that" high, and the interest isn't "that" high (which they all are) but it wouldn't be completely unbearable if you couldn't pay it off. That is, of course, completely subjective and dependent on your income / tolerance.

Re: Nice feature from BofA

I agree, this is nice of them to give an extra notice.

Don't have any experience with BT's, pretty sure

most don't help you remember you are about to

start paying interest.
