I currently have Chase Freedom, Sapphire, and Chase Amazon. I had my Freedom card since 2013 with a 5K credit limit. I have tried multiple times and have been unsuccessful in getting a credit increse. I really don't understand since Discover increses my credit limit without asking. I have never been late, and pay my Freedom card off each month. I charge around $900 a month to my Chase Freedom, what gives? How common are creidit increses? My Credit scores are TU: 711 EQ:712 Ex:702.
You've been unsuccessful for CLIs via phone/chat or through the luv button? Have they hit you with a HP each time? Sorry to hear.
Yes, I only used chat and phone. Yes a HP everytime. Just recenlty tried last month and was denied an increse. ![]()

The only way realistically to get an increase from Chase is to move limits on card. But Chase is tightening rules but that is probably your only option if you have taken the HP and have been denied.
Your scores aren't terrible, but maybe lay off the luv button and the inquiries that come with it for a while and check again in 6 months to a year. What were some of the reasons for your denials?
HI, I was told Chase has no increase to offer me at this time, I was denied from Chase Freedom increase( 3 times over 2 years) but was recently approved for Chase Amazon (last week). . I also have too many HP on my report.

So too many inquiries sounds like one of the reasons. Did they send you letters after the denials? They would list other reasons. The other posters are more familiar with Chase, so they may be right when they say reshuffling your credit lines with them might be the only way to go. It may be that your at the maximum amount of money Chase has you slotted for. Good luck
Yes, I recevied letters' listing multiple reason. I have 33 HP on my TU report which chase pulls.

Lol, CLI with Chase?
Don't bother with CLI requests with Chase...instead, use that wasted HP to:
A) Move Limits from another Chase card
B) Apply for a new card
C) Close your card; then apply at a later time and get a much higher limit. Careful though as Chase has reportedly clamped down on new card applications within Chase.
I have 8 Chase cards now, never in my life have I been approved for a CLI with them so I gave up.
You'd have better luck getting blood from a Stone.
