No Synchrony Chat Function

It's been sketchy all week with them...today I was able to get them on Amazon when for the past couple of days it was showing not available.  I still can't get them on Walmart...

I chatted with them today for my Amazon account. I waited awhile because it said unavailable for about 10 minutes. I finally clicked on it anyway, and it popped up and I was able to chat with someone.
