Just curious if anyone has had this experience today or recently.
Wife has just a credit card account with Chase and logging in today, it doesn't show any trace of an account of any kind. No note about it being closed or anything like that, just nothing but those boxes that are typically on the right side which are accross the screen where the credit card summary would be. Clicking the Credit Journey "Check your score" link gets us "It looks like this part of your site isn't working right now". I'd think it's just a site malfunction but my login shows both of my active credit cards, I can get to the credit journey part of the site, etc. Her scores are in the 760's - 770's as far as I know, I'd be surprised if it was just closed and even if it was, wouldn't it show up so that the balance could be paid? This is the day after the payment due date and a payment was made a week or two ago about 4-5x the minimum.
Anyone else? Just seems very strange.
Definitely either a browser or website issue. Try logging in using an incognito window. Even after closed, Chase accounts remain visible.
Agree. Either website or the underlying database has issues.
