No new statement so no new updates?

 I had a samuel jewelers store card opened back in Dec of 08 with a $3k CL.  I put about $2200 on it and paid it off in June of 2009.  Since then I have not received any statements, but my CR just shows the $0 balance for every month.

I got a CL increase ( hit the luv button and got $1000 CLI ) in september, I figured it would report in October of my new CL, but it hasn't.  Is this because I have not had a statement generate since June?  Do I need to put a $5 charge on the card and let it report a balance for my new CL to report the the CBs?  Thanks!

It would seem then that this TL only reports when a statement is actually cut. I guess you'll have to do whatever it takes to get that done.

Maybe go there & purchase a small token for yourself or a loved one...let it post then PIF. 

Normally I would say pay before post date, but that may not generate what you need for an update.

If I were you, I'd use the card for something really small and pay it off after the statement cuts. This could also help you keep the card and not have it cancelled for nonuse.

Alright, thanks all!  I guess I will have to buy some jewelery cleaner or something cheap
