Wow.. just read your post, and I am in the same situation. Would u be able to give the email that you were able to get responses from , because over the past 2 weeks, I am not being able to get a clear answer, and I am not being able to find a dept that would help immediately, and they ran my EX march 8th!!... They got what they wanted, my credit is in way better standing than when i applied for the card , I applied and got approved for 1k 2.5 yrs ago when y score was 688, mainly new accts and balances, now it is 804 with no new accounts and no balances , and 108k available overall, and only 8,500 in debt. And the weird part is that on march 3rd, while checking my balance, it asked if I want to update my income, and as i did so, it increased my limit to 8800 automatically from 1k !!
so if you can help me with the email or contact info of Mr.Nordstrom or to whomever I can vent off to , i would appreciate it.
