Not getting any points on my Chase Saphire Preferrred?

Hey guys.. I have spent over 4K on my Sapphire Preferred and not only did I not get the bonus so far, I seem to be getting no points at all? Should I call Chase about this? I travelled in Europe, spending at hotels, restaurants, making purchases,...When I look at the actual transactions, it lists points earned with this transaction and it's correct... yet My total is stagnat and the actual card ultimate rewards says as visible on the screenshot "0 pts"

Has a statement closed and generated for you yet? Chase does display the rewards per each transaction, but you don't actually recieve the points until the statement closing date. At that time your points from purchases should appear. The sign up bonus sometimes can be delayed by one extra month (don't know how much this happens in reality, but is possible).

Chase points lag one statement, they don't post as charged.  You should see points available next statement.

Bonus points could lag two statements depending on which cycle you met the 4k.

Ahh, okay. All the charges relevant are actually from January so it'll probably show up next month then. I got confused since my points and bonus on the Freedom Unlimited showed up very quickly, but it might have been right after the statement. Thanks guys.

If you click the link for 'show more activity' when you're on the Ultimate Rewards page, it will show how many points that you will get the next month.

I have 4 that earn UR points.  CSR, Freedom, Freedom Unlimited and Ink Plus.  I also have the Hyatt and Ritz Carlton
