Yeah, I was kind of hoping for an earlier release while I pondered on 2021 "options", and given my current USB arsenal, I just figured not for me either.  Already have Cash+, Altitude GO, FlexPerks, etc.  Altitude Reserve wouldn't be the right fit at the moment either, an Connect just didn't blow enough wind for the ship to sail (even with the SUB) .  There are other gems in the works

Just got the Cash+ 12/25/2021. Barely squeeked by with 5k CL. No other relationship and no other external cards or inq in last 12 months. <1% credit usage of127K. Scores in 785+. 

Too soon?

$5K isn't squeaking by, it's a solid approval. US Bank issues the Cash+ as low as $500 while still being a Siggy. Since we haven't had 12/25 pass in 2021 yet I'm going to assume you meant 2020 and say that you should probably be fine to go for this card.
