Number of transactions a problem?

I use my AMX for everyday transactions in order to build points.
I buy $100 worth of groceries today and then go home and pay the $100 out of my checking account, sometimes before the purchase even posts.
Tomorrow I get gas, same thing.
Next week I pay the cable bill, same thing.

Is the number of transactions on a single account a problem?
I have been paying down my balance over the last year and haven't added to my balance, except when I make major purchases or for business travel where I have to wait to be reimbursed.

Am I hurting my credit by adding and subtracting from my balance all month long?

Re: Number of transactions a problem?

Some say that multiple payments wil make a creditor look at you cross-eyed.  I don't agree.  I have one card that I use for everything and I mean EVERYTHING.  Even a 2.00 purchase.  I usually sched my min payment to post on the due date.  Depending on what my balance is I will pay mid month then I make a large payment at another point.

But is AMX the only one that sees that or can others looking at some version of my credit report I can't see notice it as well?

Re: Number of transactions a problem?

You can pay daily and it wont show on your CR.  I thought you meant the issuer.  The only problem I have with that is that one of my banks only posts the amount of the last payment in the actually payment amount which is usually the min payment that I schedule when the statement falls.  Some banks sow total payments others will only show the last one
