Strange thing with this card. I have found that when I pay my bill with billpay via my bank, it takes Ollo nearly 2 weeks to receive and post the payment. Totally unheard of. It happens every time. So if you use billpay with Ollo, do NOT try to pay at the last minute. I have to wonder if this delay is intentional so they can charge late fees.
Probably smart to pay this bill on Ollo's site where it takes just a couple days to show up. BE WARNED !!!

What suggests that it's an intentional delay and not the agreement that each bank has when it comes to remittance of payments? A variety of major banks can settle electronically (via ACH) within 1 business day, some in 2 business days. Depending on which bank you're dealing with some can take 5 business days (or longer) when an actual check is mailed depending on the receiving institution or service provider. Each bill payer service is different so it's always a good idea to read the T&C agreement.
I applied and aproved via experian last month for Ollo rewards. They provide free FICO Bankcard Score 9 Experian.
I quit using mine because of the enormous delay in processing & applying payments. My payments push from PNC and it took an eternity for the payments to post...got hit with one late fee and said "no mas"...haven't touched the card since and don't plan to. I'll let it sit until they eventually close it for non-use.

If you read my comment, it says, "I have to WONDER if this delay is intentional ..." I never declared that it was absolutely intentional. I know how bill pay works and I know how to read agreements. Per your own words, what suggests I haven't read the agreement? Nowhere does it say it could take 2 weeks for even a mailed check to process. I have several payments where checks are mailed. Only Ollo has this exhaustive timeframe. Hence again, I "wonder."

So, by reading about the card in this thread it seemed legit, so I accepted the offer and posted about it. What do you find suspicious about that?

I was one-poster girl the first time I posted, too - and remained so until my second post. And a few more... And like you, I came to make my first post after a Google search, and lots of reading.
I am not surprised to see a lot of first timers for a new card like this. I also search things I've never heard of but might be interested in, to gauge how legit the offer might be, and the very first time I heard of this card was right here. I imagine it's fairly high on the search results.
Welcome!! This board has turned my financial life around, and that is no exaggeration. I hope you stay and get as much out of it as I have
Happened to myself. Payment was due Dec. 21st, used billpay through my credit union. Sent in on the 18th of Dec. Received an email from OLLO on the 21st, that I had missed a payment. Bull .... As soon as my bonus check comes in at the end of January that baby is being paid off and can collect dust upon the dresser top...it's not even SOCK DRAWER worthy. Check posted on the 28th of Dec. Credit Union stated it was delivered on the 21st of Dec. DON"T BOTHER WITH THIS SIDE SHOW.
Does anyone have the customer care number for Ollo please?

Isn't it on the back of the card?
Taking my Ollo card out of the darkest hiding place I could find.....let me see what the number is on the back of the card....two hours later....
Hmmm....looking ..... looking .... looking ...must have misplaced that terrible card....oh oh, found it....If you don't have it don't get it....
Okay here is the number on the back of the card: U.S. 877-494-0020///Outside U.S. 516-227-5600 and website is: ollocard.com
If you have a choice again, don't do business with them. Takes them 3 weeks to process payments, I think I've had mine since October or November 2017. They made my Dec. 2017 payment late, even had my credit union get involved. They still counted it as a late in-house, yet not on Credit Reports. Makes me mad as now I don't qualify for their "credit steps" for a CLI.
