Fresh off of a BCE card with a 9.3k limit success I tried my luck again with Cap1. So I logged into my online account and started chatting with someone online. Told the agent that I thought about closing down my account because I have other cards with rewards that I use more often. The agent transferred me to another chat agent and and she upgraded me to a quicksilver with no annual fee. I also asked about a limit increase. She pointed me to the love button and bam!....500 dollar increase. 
I double checked to make sure both pc and cli were soft pulls and they were. I also made her double check on the no annual fee and she did. My limit on my capone went from 1.5 to 2k now. niiiice. 
I know 500 isn't much and the limit is still low, but ill take it for now and I'm definitely going to keep the cap one card now.
