I opened a secured card with OpenSky over three years ago and then about 6 months ago, out of the blue they sent me a OpenSky "Gold" card unsecured. I can't say they ever did me wrong except it takes quite a while for a payment to post and you have to wait several days for a statement closing date. I always wanted to have a $0 balance which took a few statements to learn how the game worked. That being said, they're now offering rewards as noted below. All in all not a bad way to start again. I went from FICO 540's to FICO 8 767 because of my patience.
