On a side note, the first time I called to get an increase the CSR I spoke to said he's never seen anything more than $300 at a time for a CLI.
He said they will send a letter in the mail. I've had the card for 6 months. I usually keep around 30-40% balance but pay it down to 10% by end of month. Except for last month before, I used it a lot and they caught me off guard and was reported at 87% at end of month. I paid it after the "reporting" date but before the payment due date. My last month util will be reported at 10%. I should see a nice increase of score soon! I have never had late payment with them or with anyone else for over 5 years.
Keep us posted on what you hear - we'll all want to know what's up with that! This may sound picky, but have you hit your full six month anniversary yet? Or are you just in your sixth month?
I have had my Orchard account and paid on time for 19 months now, I had a $100 CLI last year with a fee of $25, after reading this post I called right up and got $100 more with no fee. Some dislike Orchard but I don't , my rate is 8% and it is so easy to make payments online, the only downside is the $8 a month to have the thing. Thanks, im calling next month for another CLI.
Scorewatch 638 as of yesterday.

I may be misunderstanding Orchard, but I think they'll give the increases in blocks with six months in between. So at this point, you may be eligible for $200, but they can only give you $100 per day. Then in six months, you may be eligible for whatever, but again they only give out $100 per day.
I'd call tomorrow rather than next month. JMO - that's what they've been recommending and what's been working for people. So far
.
Isn't it great that they don't do those darn fees anymore? I'm with you - I like them too. Very easy to manage online. I haven't paid them a penny in interest. Too bad they have low limits - but they're good for those of us starting to rebuild.
Hello everyone. Thank you for your infirmative posts. I wish I would've found this site a few years sooner.
I've had my Orchard Bank unsecured card ($300 CL) since November '08 and I just called the backdoor number today and got a $100 CLI! I usually charge close to the limit but PIF. Occasionally I carry a small balance. My credit scores were in the mid to upper 500's when I opened the account. I'm just glad to have an active revolving credit account again. Now that I'm an informed consumer, I should be in the 700 club within a few years.
